CLUB PARTICIPATION $350

INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANT $175 includes:

- Exhibition stand measuring 3m x 3m
- Accessories: 2 Chairs, 1 Table, Spotlights and waste bin

Project Submission

Each participating Rotary Club is required to submit four projects as per Categories below. Please download the Project Proposal Template for completion and submission.
1. CATEGORY A:    One project that can be funded without any support of the Rotary Foundation.  This would be a project between $1,000 to $7,500 (That is a club funded project)
2. CATEGORY B:    One project that can be funded by a district grant.  This would be a project between $5,000 and $10,000.
3. CATEGORY C:  No more than two Global Grant projects, one of which must be no more than $75,000 in total funding - including club, DDF and World Fund funding. 
4. CATEGORY D: The other one could be of any size as decided and deemed by the club.
